How this is calculated
Greater Anglia's Delay Repay scheme entitles passengers to compensation based on the value of their single-leg fare: 25% for delays of 15–29 minutes, 50% for 30–59 minutes, 100% for 60–119 minutes, and up to the full return-equivalent value for delays of 120 minutes or more.
Season ticket values are divided using the standard operator formula. Claims must be submitted within 28 days of the delay.
