FAQ
Does my friend need to pay to sign up?
No — there's a Free plan, and they can try it first. If they do upgrade to Reclaim Plus, £6.49 comes off their first bill automatically — the whole month free if they're on monthly, or £6.49 cheaper if they go annual. Nothing to enter, no promo code.
When do we get credit?
Once they upgrade and their first payment succeeds, we add a free month to your balance. That credit is then used automatically against your next Reclaim Plus renewal invoice (so a renewal can come out at £0).
How many free months can I earn?
Up to 3 at any one time. If you refer a 4th friend while already at the cap, that extra month isn't banked — so it's worth using what you've earned before referring more.
Does my free credit ever expire?
Yes — your banked balance is valid for 3 months from your most recent successful referral. Refer again within that window and the clock resets, so an active referrer's credit never has to lapse.
I'm on the Free plan — can I still earn credit?
Yes. Free plan users can refer friends and bank up to 3 months of credit, ready to use the moment they upgrade to Reclaim Plus. The same 3-month expiry applies.
Can I share my link anywhere?
Yes — just keep it honest. Please don't impersonate Rail Repay or a train operator, and don't promise refunds.
