Every qualifying Southeastern delay entitles season ticket holders to compensation calculated from their ticket's per-journey value. Most never claim it. Here's how the calculation works and how to register once for faster future claims.

Your 1/3 off Railcard doesn't always apply. There's a minimum fare rule most Railcard holders have never heard of — and a time restriction on weekday mornings. Here is what it means for your Delay Repay calculation.

Your annual season ticket says £6,050. But the real cost of your commute is higher — because every qualifying delay you don't claim is money you've paid for a service that wasn't fully delivered. Here's the maths.

The Southeastern Delay Repay window is exactly 28 days from the date of the delay. Once it closes, the compensation is gone. Here's what the rule means in practice — and how to make sure you act in time.

Every Greater Anglia delay starts a strict 28-day compensation window. ORR research shows roughly 70% of eligible passengers never claim — not because they can't, but because time and friction do the train company's job for them.
